What it is

A small command-line tool that turns Claude Code into a structured brainstorming and tracking partner for job applications. Local JSON store, simple prompt templates. Scrappy — and the version I actually ended up using.

Why I made it

The spreadsheet I was tracking applications in was limiting. I wanted to use Claude and Claude Code as a brainstorming partner with memory — something that could suggest patterns across roles and help me think. So I turned it into a CLI companion I use while working through applications. The goal was AI as a thinking tool: I still write the actual material so it stays genuine to me, but Claude is good at suggesting approaches.
